1. In response to your request of last week I have prepar
attached memorandum which you might wish to send to the Direct*
attached for your convenience are copies of the relevant papers).

DDS and I have offered my services to White's office to provide any 1
ground briefing which might make their task easier; so far I have rec
no invitation.

went to the State Department; and (b) that at our last conference with
Mr. Armstrong and Mr. Howe you indicated that at some point (and, I do
not recall precisely when that was to be) you would make available to the
stater Department a copy of your memorandum to the Director in order that
Park might register with the Director such comment as he saw fit, I could
recommend that the time has come whs, if it is to be useful in this problem,
a copy be made available to Park on the basis you indicated. On your
isation I will be glad to accomplish this.
