1. After a discussion with Colonel White regarding
suggestions which he made, I have redrafted certain paragraphs
which you will note are marked as "Alternatives" and under-
lined with red. I propose one new paragraph which is marked
"New 10. "
2. I believe that we could conclude on this paper most
quickly by meeting together to discuss the proposed changes.
3. Accordingly. I would appreciate it if yyou. could meet
with me on Tuesday. February 1. 1955. 1 will be in touch with
you as to a specific time and place.
