1. Your request in the referenced memorandum is approved
with the understanding of the proviso sect forth in your paragraph 3.
2. Speci$t attention is called to your request for three
Transfer Point Chiefs and three Alternate Transfer Point Chiefs.
It to the view of the TSO/CIA., to which I concur, that some provision
be made for the physical location of the Transfer Point Chiefs
separate from quarters which are handling other wan-TALENT
materials. It is our belief that the latter circumstance would
provide a situation too easily leading to misplac wont and confusion
with other materials.
3. I mention the immediate foregoing to avoid a possible
rsetanding though I am quite conscious of your very last
cates that your internal SOP will be in keeping
steblished in the TALENT Control Manual.
