The Ad Hoc Requirements Committee approved the addition of IVANOVO North Airfield, SMOLENSK Airfield* and VINNITSA Airfield to the High Priority Target List and the addition of SERYSHEVO Airfield as a secondary target. Detailed Reqnixements for Penetration Flights 2. The Ad Hoc Requirem ants Committee approved as amended the guidance provided Operations with regard to the prospective NOVO KAZALINSK mission, the ANGARSK-TOMSK mission, and the Lake BAIKAL mission. The Office of Scientific Intelligence will prepare shaded sections on the NOVO KAZALINSK overlay indicating the area of primary interest and the area of secondary interest north of the general line between NOVO KAZALINSK and KYZL ORDA. SEMIPALATINSK should be given higher priority than ALMA-ATA in connection with the AN GARSK.TOMSK mission.
