Display of Results of Various Configurations I. Items which were most noticeable to me but with which no doubt you are already familiar are M. The improvement in the quality of the photography. b. The potentially important effects upon H work from oblique photography made possible by the new rectifying equipment now being installed in HTAUTOMAT. c. The amazing amount of intelligence available from four times blow-up of the tracker. d. The favorable comparison of APQ-56 photography with some of the tracker film. Comparative studies of the results of various configurations over the same subject matter, which I understand will be made possible by recent test photography, will be extremely helpful in allowing the requirements people to define intelligently what configuration is required to meet which of their needs. A good understanding of capability by these people is essential if Operations is to get proper guidance. JAMES Q.
