1. i submit the attachesd charts for information and such.
use as they may be with. considerable fear that you witl use the
word Frankenstein as you have ozc some occasions referring to
the TALE1wTT Security Sys tern..
2. Nor-etheless, it is interesting to note that because of
the preparation of these charts over the last month a number of
arrangements which i had thought were well understood since they
had bean registered in writirsg had either been overlooked by parties
concerned or somehow misunderstood. i am sure that some errors
will be pointed out even in their present stater which is inter-ded to
be perfect.
3. The two pending agreements, one o and one
on IPCs, are now complete, and a memorandum ar your signature
to +Ceeneral Cabell will be available shortly.
4. i mould like to caution that which is rr~entioned 25X1A
is Ghart 2, is naturally contingent upon a ec s on to use the plan
which has now been accomplished except for signature.
