Re-examination of need for-coverage. The views
of the agencies are requested with regard to any change
in the existing understanding, which is that the Ad Hoc
Requirements Committee is not requesting coverage to
meet its needs.
Navy proposal for removal of TALENT' markings in
emergency packaging (references Op-922 HI/my :Ter
NT-00127-57, 8 April 1957), copies of which have gone
to the TCO Army and TCl3 USAF`.
Question of classification of Western USSR For East and
Satellite list. (The Chair believes that these should be
TOP SECRET to pursuit maximum use among the agencies.
Distribution of D Ra and SRs to Theatre Commanders.
Military services should be prepared to indicate the Theatre
Commanders that they believe should be on the distribution
list.
