System Three Exploitation
1. I think you will be interested in reading the attached memo-
randurn from of OCI reporting on his investigations at NSA
on the exploitation of System Three tapes. I am acting on his suggestion,
which seems a good one, in paragraph 5.
2. 1 might add that. having been stimulated by our discussions
yesterday at Eastman Kodak on the importance of constantly reviewing
our activities and exploring for new ideas in exploitation. I have proposed
to Pete Scoville that with Ralph's departure and his willingness I would
like to thoroughly review our exploitation of System One tapes. i .t least
we could thereby reassure ourselves that we have left no stone unturned.
