Responding to your request for clearances in your memorandum
1958 for certain Bureau of the budget personnel, I am
you that Messrs. Maurice H. Stans and William S. Finn have been cleared
and will be briefed into the TALENT system. Messrs. William Schaub and
have been cleared and will be briefed on COMINT. The position
occupied by Mr. Carl Blaisdell in the mice of the Secretary of Defense
is approved for the TALENT systemt'bis clearance and briefing will be
sken care of by the Air Force. It is understood that those clearances
