The ARC requests weekly coverage of the Middle East, and to that end, requirements will be submitted to the Chairman?s office Friday morning, 29 August, as usual from the newly revised basic requirements list (TCS-3587-58, 20 August 1958). HTAUTOMAT will, in transmitting the requirements to the PIs at specify that they are related to the targets in that list. 25X1A b. All agencies have concurred in the handling of materials for reproduction as posed in TCS-3617-58, 18 August 1 , and referred to in ARC-M-96 (TCS-3615-58, 15 August 1958). HTAUTO- MAT upon receipt of additional new materials will hold them pending consideration by the ARC periodically as to their wishes for handling,. It was agreed that: a. HTAUTOMAT would forego the preparation of a mission coverage summary at this time in order not to delay preparation of duplicate materials by the factory. 25X1 C b. The original negative will now be transmitted to the factory for reproduction to meet standing requirements with the understanding that by arrangement with HTAUTOMAT the factory will reproduce the first duplicate positive in such form as to facilitate the identification and orientation of the oblique firin s. The preparation of the duplicate negative for the Navy and for can then be made in that same form from the duplicate positive. The factory should await further instructions (after we have been informed of the length of time and difficulties in the preparation of the original duplicate positive) before proceeding to make the other duplicate positives on order. 25X1 C Highest Priority Targets for Peripheral Photography ( SC-04893/58, 18 August 1958) 3. Representatives of the agencies will meet with the Chairman at 9:30 a. m. 29 August 1958 for final editing of the referenced paper. North Korea (TCS-3656-58, 27 August 1958) 4.
