SUBJECT Duplicate Materials in the 1400 and 1700
Series for SAC
1, This is to confirm oral notification from AFCIN (Colonel
Walker and Major Thomas) that the standing request for one DN in
the 1700 series for SAC and one DN nontracker, one DP nontracker,
and one DP tracker for the 1400 series be discontinued.
2, Current Air Force requirements, apart from penetration
missions, now stand at one DP nontracker and one DP tracker for the
five recent 1400 series used to establish a base point and referenced
in ARC-M-88 17 July 1958),
3a In accordance with established procedure, upon receipt
of Middle East film at HTAUTOMAT the agencies will be queried for
their needs on a selective basis,
