1. General Cabell has asked me to confirm in writing the
substance of his conversation with you over the phone on the afternoon
of 15 July 1958 to the effect Egyptian coverage will be carried out as
requested.
2. Direct and speedy communication of the Report to 25X1A
the Commander, Sixth Fleet has, as you know, been satin actorily
arranged.
3. Since I am in daily contact with your requirements officers,
I am sure I will be promptly informed when there is no longer a need
for continuing coverage of Egypt.
