Current Requirements for TALENT Coverage in the Middle East
The Army, Navy, and Air Force members of the ARC (those principally
interested in the tactical coverage of the Middle East) agree with the attached paper
25X1 A prepared byl of OCI. Accordingly, it is recommended for Project
action. In anticipation of your approval and in order to meet the time schedule
involved in implementing this, specific requirements will be submitted to Operations
DPS/DCI tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock and, of course, Operations IDS/DCI has
been alerted to these developments.
