invited members to examine this problem in his office at 9 a. ma 10 September.
(NOTE: The reference meeting was held on Wednesday morning as planned
and agreement reached on the intelligence guidance for Operations' DPS/DCI
planning. This has been given to the Assistant Intelligence Officer DPS/DCI,

5. The Chairman requested that Icables (i. e. , cables
originating from HTAUTOMAT) and AFCIN cables tol nstallations
transmitted as coordinated instructions should be disseminated
regularly to the Army, Navy, Air Force, HTAUTOMAT, and CIA TCO in
order to ensure prompt reference as necessary and full information to the
participants. He also requested that except in matters of minor importance
HTAUTOMAT, AFCIN, and CIA TCO remember to coordinate with Army
and Navy in advance of transmissi
