In order to provide guidance for tactical coverage, the ARC will provide for Operations DPS/DCI highest priority and high priority requirements for tactical information, recognizing that its task is to state the need and Operations' DPS/DCI task is to define shallow penetrations, which is understood to be the limit of permission. Handling of Original Negative From 6017 8. The Chairman offered a correction to ARC-M-97 paragraph 2, which should read: a. The factory is being requested to reproduce one duplicate positive in such form as to facilitate the identification and orientation of the obliques. Without delay, however, the factory will be requested to prepare through normal method of duplication standing requirements for ODE photography. The ARC will consider a report on the feasibility of continuing as a regular matter the new method of duplication when such report is available from the project officer in charge. Processing at 9.
