t, I have been in cctrfere~nce this ~ctorrting with Lt. Cot. i3eV4es,
the 'TALENT ~Gc~ntrot tJfficer of tits JCS, t4 obtain clarification of his
request far CY~~LICE clearances as outlined in the attached memorandurrt.
. This discussican .has revealed the fallowing inforrnatian:
a. The JC5 fe now taking over operational direction of ,joint
coar3xnands throughout the world. in the case of some of these
