2. Our experience to date indicates that ~ has the requisite
capabilities for fulfilling Agency publication requ rements for its
reports efficiently and economically.
3. It is recommended that the DD~I and the Off ice of General
Services concur in permitting a to publish its reports with a
printing budget to be included in each project statement prior to
PRC approval.
