SUBJECT: Establishment of TALENT Space
1. Request a TALENT space be authorized for the following
key position in the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Develop-
ment, Headquarters USAF:
Chief of Air Warfare Systems Division of the Directorate
of Development Planning
2. The incumbent requires access to intelligence derived
from TALENT sources in the course of discharge of his responsi-
bilities in developing USAF research programs in relation to
future air weapons systems.
3. The clearance of this officer will not involve extension
of the TALENT system. The incumbent will be briefed and indoctri-
nated and receive selected materials and briefings through the
Assistant Chief of Staff, Intelligence.
