Problem: The Commander, on 12 February 1957 forurarded roduce one print each for a riorit request recommending that E I Iwhen making prints required for the selected print file. Ha ur e r advised that the Navy representative indicated that he also had a need for these prints; that since these requirements would involve only a few negatives the additional work load would be negligible and that this would prevent one additional handling of the negatives. 2. Present Operational Policy: Under the provisions of delegated responsibilities, III-B-3, the current policy agreement stipulated that ould be responsible for the preparation of duplicate positives and prints as re uired to meet theatre needs. Item III-C-3, however, provides that will be responsible for the preparation of prints as necessary or _e IR and the maintenance of such a selected print file as required. 3. Security Policy: Providing all security aspects as outlined in the TALFSNT Control System manual are adhered to, particularly with reference to proper classification, registration, receipting, safe storage of material, courier transmission and accountability. 4. Coordination: a. There was no objection by the TCO/CIA. for the request from being complied with; there was no objection from the TSO/ providing all security aspects of the TALENT Security System manual were complied with. The matter was discussed for coordination with the TSO/AF, Maj. Nabors, who after consultation with Maj. Hoffman, Liaison Officer, advised that the policy as prescribed under Section III-B-3 should prevail and that should not encumber themselves with reproduction problems. c. The ARC Navy member, Capt. Clifford, was informed of the recommendation for coordination as pertained to the Navy. 5.
