Operations Far East 25X1A2g
1. This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted
for DDGI approval. Such recommendation is contained in paragraph 3.
2. Attached herewith is a brief memorandum for your
signature to General Lewis on the subject of handling AQUATONE
photography when required in the Far East theatre. All partici-
pating agencies concur in the policy and procedures paper (I have
a written concurrence from Air Force). This paper is modelled
after the agreement which we reached on 25X1A2g
for photo handling in the theatre. You will note in the memorandum
of the DDCI to General Lewis that implementation of this procedures
paper is dependent upon further agreement by the CIA and Air Force
at such time as there is a need to activate 25X1 A2g
