Through the mechanism of the IAC AD Hoc Committee on
Information Processing (AHIP), the Office of Central Reference
has continued working toward the application of Eastman
Kodak's Minicard equipment to its documentation facilities.
On behalf of the member Agencies of AHIP, CIA/OCR entered
into a contract with the 25X1 A5a 1
in
order to be kept currently informed o the latest evelop-
ments in the field of information organization. Also,
AHIP's Working Group on Equipment Research began a systematic
investigation of the potential of data processing techniques
and equipment which are in use or under development within
the Government.
