the Ad Hoc Requirements Committee on the subject of requirements.
Attached to that memorandum are the targets for Western USSR and
the Far East. The third list of targets. namely. those on European
Satellite area and referred to in paragraph 4 of the cover memorsnd
is now being assembled and should be available within the week.
