SVBJECT : Addition to High Priority Target List
1. Qn the basis of information presented in the attached Current
j5upport Memorandum prepared by the office of Research and Reports, it
is requested that the Dnepropetrovsk Complex be considereda High
Priority Target for AQUATO E' collection. It is also regiested that the
Category Interest pertaining to this target be amended to include
Category D - Guided Missiles..
2. It is expected that AQUATONE coverage could provide valuable
data on the overall. size, arrangement and capability of the suspected
plant or complex as well as to provide possible direct evidence of
current guided missile activity.
3. As stated on the cover sheet, the attachment represents the
immediate views of the Office of Research and Reports. It has been
coordinated within CIA but not with the IAC agencies.
