1. I received the attached from OSI. I pass it on for your
information.

2. I understand that this was prepared b of the
Guided Missiles Division for Chairman of the GMIC, 25X1A9a
in pursuance of a White House request received through either Mr. Dulles
or General Cabell. I understand that Tab A of this paper (this present one
being Tab B) deals with other CIA collection activities than AQUATONE.
3. It may be, at least suspects, that Killian's office
is involved in the request for the paper.
4. I see no objection to what has been written.
