1. Per your telephone conversation of 23 April and your
Tactical Target List ME No., 100 dated 20 April, following are
JCS ARC recommendations :
ARC member considers inclusion of targets in Cam-
bodia,, Laos and South Vietnam nonessential for coverage with
R-2 since other means exist to recover data on this area refer-
