1. You will recall that you requested we to check with
Mr. Sheldon after the IAC meeting on Tuesday as to whether there
was a desire to continue the PARAMOUNT Committee.
Z. I talked with Mr. Amory this morning and learned the
matter had not come up at the IAC meeting, but that Mr. Amory,
