Subject: Indoctrination for Access to TALENT
Material
1. This is to confirm our telephone conversation of
12 February. General Gerald C. Thomas, USMC (Retired) and
Brigadier General Willard W. Smith, USAF, were indoctri-
nated by the Air Force for access to TALENT material on
12 February 1958.
2. General Thomas is the Director of the Net Evalua-
tion Subcommittee Staff and General Smith is the Executive
Assistant to the Director.
