Appointment of TALENT Control Officer

1. Permission is requested to appoint OSI TALENT
Control Officer vice has replaced
as Chief of the OSI Collection Staff and will serve as TALENT
Control Officer in addition to his other duties. Inasmuch as is
presently cleared for TALENT and AQUATONE no security clearance action on
this request is necessary.
2. Since duty assignment at NSA will require that his
AQUATONE and TALENT clearances be maintained, this Office requests that
an additional OSI position for the Project be approved. A description of this
position which will occupy is attached in the appropriate format.
Pendin action on the request for appointment as TCO/SI,
will continue to serve as acting OSI TALENT Control
