1. Please be advised that Subject's initial TALENT Clearance was
cancelled effective 21 September 1956. In compliance with your request,
however, this clearance has been reactivated. This action, although not
routine, did not establish a precedent.

been changed since he initially he d the TALENT Clearance and therefore
his future activities under the current TALENT Clearance are limited to
his consultant status to OSI; he is not authorized to represent OSI in
TA LENT activities. He may accompany and counsel TALENT Cleared repre-
sentatives of OSI at any official conferences.
