1 Pursuant to referenced request for clearance of
Dr. now in the Office of the Assistant to
the Secretary of De ense for Special Operations; a check of our
files disclosed that:
25X9A8 a. Dre was approved under
Reference G-31-7-48, dated 7 January 1957, cleared and
briefed under the position authority as, Member, Critical
Subjects Steering Group (GEMS-03).
b. Subject has not been debriefed.
2. It would appear that the question involves:
a. The approval for the new position, Assistant to
the Secretary for Defense for Special Operations.
b. The transfer of Subject to that new position.
c. This would leave the existing position already
approved.
