L It is requested that the Army autboriution of 45 T .XZYIII I;
billets be augmented by an additional 60 TALENT-KE LE billets.
2. These billets are requested in order the+t the Assistant Chief
of Staff for Intelligence. can plan and develop a program with the
Technical Services and other interested Army agencies which can be
ready for operation en TAI T-EEY LE photography is available.
IF ther, it is necessary that certain assistants of the Chiefs of the
A4W General Staff be acquainted with the program so that they may
direct their activities in the procurement of personnel, allocation
of funds, and obtaining facilities necessary for the exploitation of
the program.
3, These billets will be filled only when the 'gneesd-to-know"
becomes critical and imperative to the Service.
