1. it is requested that the space occupied by the Deputy for Technical
Activities, Research and Development Division, Office of the Chief of
Ordnance, Department of the Army, be cleared for access to TALENT materials.
2. Justification for clearance of the above-cited space is based on
the incumbent's' extensive participation in scientific aspects of U. S.
rocket and missile programs, as well as his "must know" of the extent of
current Soviet missile activities.
25X1 A 3. The current incumbent, Dr. Roy B. Power, is cleared for Special
Intelligence.
