Bissell, Jr. Project Director Central Intelligence Agency JUN 2 2 1956 SUBJECT: ACSI TALENT Control System and TALENT-Cleared Personnel (c) ference is made to your memorandum, SAPC 6694. -- 2. In accordance with the desire expressed in your referenced memorandum, the following actions have been accomplished in implementing the ACSI TALENT Control System: a. Physical Security: An ACSI TALENT Control Area has been established in Room 2B4(70 Pentagon. This area has been given a thorough security check and placed under an electronic alarm system. The entrance to this area is electronically controlled by a receptionist who permits only TALENT-cleared personnel to enter. b. Personnel Security: Action to separate TALENT Control and TALENT Security functions has been accomplished by assigning responsi- bilities as follows: POSITION ACSI TALENT Security Officer NAME Colonel Royal Reynolds, jr. Control and Security Officers of your office may visit the ACSI TALENT Control Area after 20 June 1956. Arrangements for visits may be made by contacting the ACSI TALENT Control Officer. 4.
