SUBJECT: ACSI TALENT Control System and TALENT-Cleared Personnel (c)
ference is made to your memorandum, SAPC 6694. --
2. In accordance with the desire expressed in your referenced
memorandum, the following actions have been accomplished in implementing
the ACSI TALENT Control System:
a. Physical Security: An ACSI TALENT Control Area has been
established in Room 2B4(70 Pentagon. This area has been given a thorough
security check and placed under an electronic alarm system. The entrance
to this area is electronically controlled by a receptionist who permits
only TALENT-cleared personnel to enter.
b. Personnel Security: Action to separate TALENT Control and
TALENT Security functions has been accomplished by assigning responsi-
bilities as follows:

knowledge of the operational capabilities of Project AQUATONE (for a
very limited number of "must know" individuals).

information on the source of TALENT materials and no information on the
operational capabilities of Project AQUATCEE.
