1. The Assistant to the Secret` of Det ae for
Special Operations has requested that the following in.di
vidual be cleared for TACT:
Elbert E. Eaton, ARPA
2. Mr, Eaton is Chief, Satellite Branch, ARPA. In
Conjunction with certain planned satellite projects for
which ARPA is responsible, Mr. Eaton will require frequent
access to the special studies and other material derived
from the TALENT program.
3. M:r. . Eaton Is Indoctrinated for Category III COMINT
and meets the security clearance standards required for
TALE".
