2. It would be appreciated if in informing the Assistant Directors
to proceed under the above plans you would remind them that the briefing
of TALENT cleared personnel is set forth in Attachment A of the TALENT
Manual and that supervisors should provide additional information beyond
that set forth in. Attachment A only insofar as the functions of the individual
cases require. I believe it would also be helpful to point out to them and the
personnel cleared and briefed under the plane that in dealing with TALENT
cleared personnel, whether inside or outside the Agency* they should
confine giving of information and Ise king it only if relevant to the problems
with which they are, dealing. Copies of the referenced plans are filed with
the Project Security Officer, the TALENT Security Officer and
