MEMORANDUM FOR: DIRECTOR OF CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE
SUBJECT: Change of Array Member of the IAC
On 23 August 1950 I was designated the Assistant Chief of Staff,
G-2, Department of the Array, and consequently replace Major General
S. LeRoy Irwin as the Army member of the Intelligence Advisory Committee
as provided in NSCID No. 1.
