The Chair expressed the thought that intelligence collection could be disregarded at this stage, although some special arrangements might be necessary for economic warfare purposes, as in the ca,,=.a of censorship materials,, 2, The discussion was informal, and touched an a number of poir_t.s of which the most salient are summarized below.
