This is to inform you that the services of Mr. Nathan
Habib, who has been representing NSA on the above Sub-Committee
and serving as its Chairman, are no longer available for that
purpose.
You will be advised as soon as an MSA representative
has been designated to succeed Mr. Habib. In the meantime, I
shall be pleased to discuss with you the selection of a new
Chairman for the Sub-Committee.
