Informal conferences were held during the month between various members of E/C and E/ST with ERA and Defense oomponents)and WC and I/ST auditioned a meeting of the RIC Ad NO4 Working Group on Copper Shipments. Prior to the ACE' Mooting whioh advised the Secretary to deny this license applieation, briefing papers were prepared and assembled by E/b for Chief/G who represented CIA at the mooting.
