1. This memorandum I. for information.
2. In your memorandum of 15 February you request a
statement of the relationship of this Office to the Air Force.
Our relationship is sporadic and normally with the General
Counsel's office of the Air Force. It usually involves special-
ized legal problems arising oat of other transactions with the
Air force. We have had perhaps a half dozen such-matters
in the last several ears.

Placed Major General Richard C. Lindsay as the Director of Plans in the Of-
fice of the Deputy Chief of Staff (Operations), Department of the Air Force.
General Cary has expressed particular interest in the Support Services.
