1. Reference A contains the military personnel authorization
for the Office of General Counsel.
2. Since that time, a further allocation of the mobilization
spaces has been made to Chief, PPC for use by Senior War Planner,
Pacific (Reference B) which includes a number of Office of General
Counsel spaces. These are shown in the attachments and are sent you

1. In the event of war or national emergency your office
has been allocated 11 military mobilization spaces, as follows:
ARM : 3 Legal Officers (MOS 8101): 1 MAJ & 2 CAPT.
2 Legal Clerks (NOB 713.3): 2 SP2.
NAVY: 2 Legal Specialists (Desig 1620): 2 LCDR.
USAF: 4 Legal Officers (AFSC 7821&): 1 LTC & 3 MAJ.
2. If no word to the contrary is heard from your office
by 4 August 1958, it will be assumed that this allocation is
satisfactory.
