During a personal conversation with one of our
attorneys on 11 May 1959 you requested this Agency to
re-examine the rejection of your claim for additional
salary payments. We have once again reviewed all
pertinent authorities, including those you had cited in
support of your case. Based on this review, it is our
opinion that there is no adequate basis for allowance
of your claim.
As Mr. Stewart pointed out in his letter to you
dated 21 April 1959, if you wish to pursue your claim
to the General Accounting Office we will be glad to
make the pertinent records available to that Office for
its consideration.
