There is a History of Intelligence by out General Juno
Pilch, which he published in his native Hungarian. it is in
three volumes and appears to -be a valuable historical document.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate a trans-
lation of this work. Walter forsheimer was talking with
I who said she has a recollection that the
ensr some sort of a translation done at Pilch' s history.
She believes she actually saw the translation in her old office,
but she has no Idea where it might have gotten to when that
office was closed. It apparently was a bulky item, not bound
except by cardboard covers.
If the translation exists and is in any way complete, it
could be quite an important document for us and would save
us considerable time, trouble, and money. to there someone
you could have look through the available records and cartons
to see if you can find any trace of such a translation. I hate
to put you to any bother, but we would be most appreciative,
and if we can help we will be glad to do so.
