UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT TO : Chief, Plans and Policy Staff 25X1A9a ATTENTION: FROM : Registrar/TR SUBJECT: Information for Hull Committee The period covered in this report is 1 April through 30 Septemoer 195): The Language and Area School conducted 51 classes in a total of 15 languages, and of these, 29 were at the basic level, 15 at the intermediate, and 3 at the advanced. In- cluded in this total of 51 were four workshops; one each in Arabic, French, Hungarian, and Uzbek. Within the Intelligence School, the Operations School, and the School for International Communism and the USSR, 109 offezings in a total of 40 courses were completed. The average weekly enrollment in these inter- nally conducted courses was 439. The Office of Training also approved for its sponsorship, and completed the administrative arrangements for 615 Agency employees to study at 92 non-CIA facilities. The. Registrar Staff mechanized its records of employees who completed OTR courses. During the next three years this kind of effort will be directed to complete an Agency Training Record on each individual.
