Nost significant Assessment and Evaluation Staff progress
has been made in two directions:
a. Great strides have been taken in developing
procedures for insuring more wide spread and appropriate
use of psychological information in relation to personnel
decisions.
b. Services to instruction in the Office of Training
and in the DD/P have been expanded and diversified. It
was possible to assign psychologists full time to the
Intelligence School, to an overseas training base, and to
the training effort of SR (This assignment is for this
year only). Services have been diversified by providing
substantive psychological information particularly in the
area of human relations to the instructors for use in
various courses and by applying psychological principles
to the organization of courses for effective learning.
