Approved ,pr Release 2U MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD SUBJECT: DTR Staff Meeting IA-RDP62-006A000100060033-4 1. The acquisition of will mean additional responsibilities for construction, maintenance, etc. Mr. -asked C/PPS to arrange for a meeting Monday, 26 January, at 1000 in ~ 25X1A6a 2. The task force is out as far as DD/P is concerned. Announce- ment was made at Red White's meeting. Col. White is ready and willing to go along with task force in DD/S complex. 3. Mr.- was concerned about our report to Red White by reason of the tone of comments made at Col. White's meeting and DD/P staff meeting. We, and other people, were thinking of disposing of people through processing out. This is being de-emphasized. A survey should be made concerned with activities that are unne= yes nary or may be terminated. Surplus people would be up for re-assignment or selection out. All except SIC and PPS are to furnish a list to Mr. of later than 30 January which will direct the release of surplus through- out the Office of Training. The list is to be purely internal until Mr. -finds out the Agency-wide intent. Because both DD/P and DD/S were so strong in removal of surplus personnel, he must be prepared to surface the list. 4. Col. White said in DD/S meeting that before anybody goes over- seas now, the family as a team is going to be considered in the light of their ability to get along, their ability to represent the Agency, the number of dependents, the charge for transportation of people and household effects. 5. who was on staff, is now employed by the White House Staff. He is no longer entitled to CIA information. 25X1A9a 6. Mr. - said that the question now is being considered by Col. White as to whether or not there should be a request for for an auxiliary building at this session of Congress. Decumen" 1.10.
