The FRENCH Delegation proposed that for purposes of clarification
the definition of Item 1561 be amended by the addition of the word "specially"
as underlined below:
"]Materials specially designed and manufactured for use as absor-
bers 06 electromagnetic waves having frequencie1s2greater than
2 x 10 cycles per second, and less than 3 x 10 cycles per
second."
CCNCLUSICN: The COIMITTEE adopted the above definition.
