.Present: Belgium (Luxembourg), Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy,
Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States.
The German Delegate made the following statement:
"The German authorities are faced with divergent opinions on
the interpretation of the expression "accuracy" in sub-item (b) of Item
1529. The Gorman licensing office takes it to be the "frequency constancy
within 24 hours", however, it could also be the frequency constancy within
2 hours.
"The German Delegation would appreciate learning the opinion of
the other Member Countries on t',is question."

France, Italie, Japon, Norvege, Pays-Bas, Royaume-Uni, Turquie.
Le delegue de l'Allemagne fait la declaration suivante :
"Le gouvernement allemand se trouve en presence d'opinions diver-
gentes uant a l'interpretation du terme "precision" qui figure au para-
graphs (b) do Particle 1529. Los services allemands charges do la deli-
vrance des licences estiment qu'il s'agit do la constance do frequence
pendant une periods de 24 heures ; cependant, it pourrait egalement s'agir
de la constan.ce de frequence pendant une periods do 2 houres.
"La delegation allemande souhaiterait connaitro les vises des autres
gouvernements membres sur ce point."
