The German authorities have received an application to
license the e1t.L)ort to Ilungary of
1 to of black cobalt oxyde RKO 70/71
covered by item 1720,
valued at X2.796
The cobalt oxyde will be used for enameling puxpases. by the
plant DUDAI'OIc.I ZOI.U TCARUGYAR, LAIUART and BOITYTIADI. The German
applicant ships ;Tenter quantities of colouring bodies for enamel
works and he is anxious to supply at the same time the necessary
quantity of cobalt exude. ahould he be unable to supply the cobalt
oxyde he fears to lose the market for th e colouring bodies fofi
enamel works as wellf,
The German D6teeation submit the request within the framework
of minimum-shipment procedure and trust that in view of the rela-
tivoly small quantity involved and the harmless ond-use'no objection
will be raised.
