11 The CHAIRIQN drew the Comrittee's attention to an Italian pro-
posal to export to Czechoslovakia 3 kgs. of zirconium oxide covered by Item 13
on the Atomic Energy List (COCOM 3618 (Revised)) and invited Delegates to give
the views of their authorities.
2 There were no objections to this export. The NETAERL,'iNDS Dele-
gate stated nevertheless that, without raising any objection from the strategic
point of view, his authorities considered that on a formal basis there was
inadequate justification for the request put forward by the Italian Government.
3. The ITALIAN Delegate thanked the members of the Committee for
their favourable replies and undertook to forward to his authorities the re-
marks made by his Netherlands colleague.
